Boarding Kennels

The boarding kennels have been designed to the highest specifications, providing spacious kennels with underfloor heating. We aim to provide a small number of kennels ensuring the best possible care and attention for the dogs enabling more one to one attention and exercise.

Boarding Kennels

We aim to offer caring attention in a peaceful and beautiful rural setting. Our kennels are fully insulated and have good ventilation. The kennels are built to the latest design and specification ensuring your dogs comfort, and safety at all times. By limiting the number of kennels we aim to reduce noise levels from barking and stress to the dogs.

Our kennels will have attached runs to move between sleep and exercise areas, the outer runs are covered to provide protection from bad weather. We have under floor heating and fans to maintain a comfortable temperature for our dogs.

The building has been designed to provide two kennelling areas to enable separating large and small dogs if required. We have individual kennels and large family sized kennels for multiple occupancy.

The large sleeping areas are 2m by 1.6m. and 2.5m by 1.6m
The smaller sleeping areas are 1.5m by 1.6m

Reception

Kitchen/Grooming area

Bedding We can provide plastic dog baskets with vet bed or raised beds and vet bedding. Owners can bring in their own bedding to aid the pets settling into their new environment.

Security There is a secure walkway surrounding all the kennels. The kennels are locked at night and we live on site. The build is alarmed and has CCTV.

Comfort The dogs can bring any comfort items they wish, toys, blankets, slippers or whatever!

Kennels extension

In 2011 we added a few more kennels, please see our Arial drone photos below. These additional kennels are slightly different to the existing kennels in that they provide more privacy. The kennels do not look onto one another, we also used glass doors to promote a more homely environment. There are also two very large kennels for family groups of dogs and large breed dogs.
