All customers will be required to pay 50 percent of the total booking fee as a deposit.
If you wish to pay the deposit nearer to your booking date, you can request this on booking.
If we do not receive your deposit or hear from you to request a date to pay the deposit your booking will be cancelled.
We operate a minimum booking period of 3 days over weekends or during busy periods, this may be negotiated during quieter times.
If you require kennels for more than three weeks at a time prices may be negotiable depending upon availability and time of year. Please contact us for a quote.
Please note we do not take advance bookings for day care, if you are down on holiday as this service is dependent on availability. Please contact us up to two weeks before the day care is required if it is just the odd day that you need.
We do have a few dayboarding regular spaces in the week, but often these are booked up, please contact us if this is required to check if we have availability.
Bookings must be a minimum of seven days over the Christmas period with no checking in or out on Christmas day and boxing day. Double fees apply for Christmas Day and Boxing Day and we do request a deposit of 50 per cent for bookings over the Christmas period.
